RESPONSIBILITIES
* Sells an investment only annuity income product to 401K plan sponsors.
* Sells in coordination with 401K platform providers and supports outside sales efforts.
* Identifies, develops and manages sales opportunities directly to plan sponsors and through national and regional consulting and brokerage firms.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Basic:
· Strong 401K background with demonstrated sales results in both the direct and consultant markets
· 10+ yrs experience in the Institutional Retirement Marketplace
· Retirement plan consulting experience
· Series 6, 63 and Insurance Licenses needed equivalent experience in insurance/sales environment

Preferred
· Strong understanding of the retirement income annuity marketplace *Strong investment market background and investment-only sales experience
· Proven board-level presentation and finals skills
· Consultative sales approach*Business to business sales experience
· Extremely driven and self motivated* Team player
· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
