Health and Welfare Plans make up our largest spend in benefits. We need someone to lead the team responsible for these plans.
Responsible for Design and Delivery of U.S. Health and Welfare Plans
·Manage 2-3 Benefits Specialists
·Vendor management of medical plan, prescription drug plan, dental plan, disability plans and life insurance plans
·Conduct Medical Plan Usage and Claims Analysis
·Lead the implementation of any changes to healthcare plans, disability plans, and life insurance plans
·Support Mergers/Acquisitions for Implementation of Benefits
·Lead the Planning & Budget Process for our Health & Welfare Plans
Basic:
·College Degree in Business, Public Health, or Human Resources Related Field
·5+ Years of Employee Benefits Experience
·Experience in designing employee health and welfare plans
·Previous vendor management experience
·Knowledge of the funding, legal, and compliance issues surrounding benefit plans
·Experience Performing Healthcare Claims Analysis
·Strong Project Management Skills
Preferred:
·CEBS Designation
·Masters Degree in Business, Public Health, or Human Resources Related Field
·Finance or Accounting Experience
