KPMG's Financial Risk Management (FRM) Services professionals help management and boards of directors to identify, measure, and monitor financial and business risks, the relationships between risks and returns, and the control environment over the management and reporting of these risks. In the very complex world of financial instruments, FRM professionals have assisted in valuation approaches; stress testing, model development and risk rating, and measurement approaches to help management leverage the leading practices in risk identification and measurement.

Responsibilities:
* Assist clients with the development of business requirements for Treasury Management Systems
* Assist clients with the development of Request For Proposal (RFP) for Treasury Management Systems
* Assist client with risk management review relative to foreign exchange, interest rates and commodities
* Assist client with a cash forecasting review and development of methodology
* Provide treasury assessment and identify the gaps relative to industry practices
* Assist client with bank account rationalization
* Assist client with centralizing key treasury processes
* Assist client with banking structures
* Assist client with liquidity, working capital and cash management optimization
* Assist client with the determining the optimal Treasury organization structure
* Assist with project management of engagements
* Assist with the engagement management process
* Support proposal and business development activities by identifying new target clients, building business relationships with key executives and developing/presenting proposals
* Provide leadership and oversight to KPMG team members regarding deliverables, project plans and performance management
* Write and present to clients clear and concise reports and presentations containing meaningful recommendations
* Serve as a leader in recruiting and retention efforts to grow/develop the practice
* Membership and visibility in professional associations

Qualifications:
* Eight years of Treasury experience in with emphasis on the following: Treasury Cash Management and Operations, Short Term Borrowing and Investments, Cash Forecasting, International Finance, Bank Relationship Management, Financial Risk Management (F/X, interest rate, commodity risk management), Operational Risk and Internal Controls -Valuation and Risk Analysis -FAS 133, and Treasury Technology
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field from an accredited college/university
* Strong writing and effective communication skills
* Certified Treasury Professional
* Project Management experience
* Demonstrated ability to build relationships and communicate with client
* Demonstrated high level of understanding of clients business
* Demonstrated strong knowledge, and a high level of visibility in an industry or functional specialty
